Jimmy Hand

CEO/President

President of Hat Trick Construction since 2016.  I started my construction career in 2001 working for Keddy Construction, our family business.  I held various roles and eventually became project manager in 2005.  In 2005, I attended the University of Central Florida (UCF) and graduated with a Bachelors in Finance (2009).   In 2012, I graduated from Florida Atlantic University with an MBA. For the next 6 years, I worked for Enterprise, holding several positions from management trainee, senior account sales specialist, assistant manager and lastly as branch manager of a commercial truck location.  With the passing of my father, Edward Hand, in 2016 I took over the family construction business. My hobbies and interests include financial markets, real estate, hockey and golf.

Chief Operating Officer of Hat Trick Construction. I started working for the my family company, Keddy Construction, as project manager from (2012-2017).  In 2017, I worked with Bath Crest as an project estimator for Bathroom remodels, In 2018, I took on a new position with National Restoration as their project manager.  The National Restoration experience introduced me to the insurance claims side of the construction business.  Now, in 2019 I have gone back to my family business, Hat trick Construction.  I graduated from Florida State University (FSU) with bachelors in Finance. My hobbies include playing golf and tennis.  Oh and I almost forgot go Noles!!

Pat Twomey

Controller

Controller of Hat Trick Construction since 2018. I have held various accounting positions over the last few years. In 2008, I started my career as a staff accountant for Sun Cruz Casinos. Unfortunately, when the economy crashed, Sun Cruz casino went out of business. I moved on to a position working for Bagnall & amp; Bagnall Tax and Accounting, Inc. for the next few years. In 2012, I started my own  accounting/bookkeeping firm for small business's. I have now found my way back into Construction industry like it is some part of God's plan .  As far back as I can remember, I was a little kid going to work with my dad, a Civil/Structural Engineer (Thomas J Twomey and Associates, Inc., since 1988). I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from SUNY  Brockport in 2008. I am currently working towards my General Contractors license.  Avid Miami Hurricanes and Florida Panthers fan!
